As user @ypn says, cash is scarce and Randy will not be able to pull this off
HyVee won’t be able to build those store as Randy wants. HyVee is cash poor right now and with the way Randy is spending money they will be to cash poor in 2023 to build that store. Remember when Randy said they were going to build a new DC warehouse but they couldn’t because they did have the funds. I see this idea going to be push back to 2025 if ever.
