What's normal is that more of my colleagues have left in the last few weeks than in recent years. No one wants to stay in this miserable company anymore when there are so many better options....... But what is not normal is that the company is not doing anything to keep anyone. And what if everyone who really does all the work leaves?

They just got temp workers who will do just about anything I do mean anything for $16 an hour no worries though the rail road strike is gonna shut these places down anyway
Just hang in there. Very soon another round of layoffs by e-mail will happen and you can at least get a decent severance package. I worked there for a long time and am so glad I was able to leave on my terms. In the end, I just couldn't take all the lies and virtue signaling. Glad to hear others have woken up to what's going on there as well.
Agreed. Keep working 70 hour weeks' we will get though this "together" is just another tag line. I know some salary people are keeping track of there hours; if the get restructured out they are using that as supporting documentation for additional severance which will hold up in court or mediation. Keep quiet but track everything.
The moto is you are doing a great job at working a lot of hours but there is nothing we can do so just hang on for a little longer; a little longer is just over two years now. HR even admits there is a issue with retention and employee mental health. All they tell you is to reach out if you need assistance; get flagged by HR no thanks.
