Now that bonuses have been processed through payroll, the resignations will begin. The losses will be staggering. The new money millionaire executives will also depart leaving few who actually care. That won't be enough.

Don’t come work at Academy. It’s a complete waste of time, no job satisfaction, classless leadership.
Congrats on your new job! Sadly, I’m not sure if retaining or attracting talent is a priority by corporate.
Turning in my resignation letter Friday. Much greener pastures elsewhere. Wonder if the corporate office has any plans to stop the bleeding? It appears they don't care.
Each week there is another employee gone.
There was a time when working for Academy was fun and wages were competitive. Not anymore.
