The other day my colleague left and I think it is a terrible loss for West because such an expert will be difficult to replace. He left because he could no longer bear the poor planning done by management.
If I resign soon, the main reason will certainly be the enormous stress that comes from being overwhelmed with work. I believe that overwhelming amount of work is what creates the most stress for people here.

Stress is for sure at the highest level I have felt in over 15 years. I just wish they would hurry up and get the salesmen and done with so those left can cracked on with some sort of focus. It makes me wonder if anyone will buy the other parts of if they will just close them down completely.
Sounds like your coworker is a smart person who understands their value.
