Citrix management intentionally leaves us in the dark about anything and everything that's happening. I think things would be much easier to deal with if we knew we could rely on those in charge to be open about what's going on. I would certainly appreciate it. Sadly, that's not going to happen for as long as this leadership is still here.

ELT will be replaced once the company goes private. The have negotiated their compensation. The company will be run by Tibco leaders. In one year almost all VPs and above will be gone.
FYI leadership is currently in the dark too. There is very little happening below the ELT.
