Lololol…. Another 52 week low today. Lower on the horizon. Relations between India and China worsen as they support Russia, and with higher rates, debt terms around the corner, I smell a buyout.

I have zero information but I think Carlyle takes CommScope private.

On HN they couldn’t spin off as much debt with it as they thought. So they need the HN cash to pay their debt.

Chuck getting $3m in stock is a disgrace, he’s mismanaged worst then when BM was COO. Still less than Eddie Money’s $6M annual comp and that dude sucked but not as bad as Chuck, Chuck literally is the most clueless person I’ve ever had to sit on calls with.

3 possible scenarios behind the free stocks:
1-They found a buyer for HN which would explain why they postponed the spinoff.
2-Someone from Mars plan to acquire CommScope.
3-Carlyle plan to take Comm private.
Whichever option, C-suite will be laughing all the way to the bank.

@4vii+1fZWmYie have a hundred upvotes. I was tild to be grateful for any bonus. I wonder how bad the cost of living raises will be this year.

  1. Just dont think they could care less if people stay or go. If you stay you must be happy with the insulting compensation

@3wrr+1fZWmYie C-suite feathering of their own nest while the company faces strong headwinds, capable employees being laid off, the lowest bonus ever given for hard work, reminds me of Marie Antoinette. Let them eat cake!
"Free shares are offered as either a one-off award to employees or on a more regular basis, usually subject to good company performance."
Can we honestly say that the good company performance criterion has been met?
One can only surmise that layoffs will be made to pay for those free stocks. Disgraceful!!

Here is chucks award of 391,700 shares. If I’m wrong, pls say so. I’ve learned to expect the greedy worse from these folks.

Seriously? The zero dollar “purchase” of shares are awards.. RSUs they just have to be repeated.

I would bet a lot of the insider trading when the trading window is closed is triggered by 10b5-1 plans.

Yeah.. This is the way they trick the system. If you buy a small percentage of shares, then the overall shares will go up. So there is effective gain for them.

They have also been exercising $0 cost awards in great volume to average down from the purchases made last year. It’s free money, why not. I don’t doubt something is cooking bc it is the only thing that will resuscitate this thing back to life.

Those are very low acquisition amounts and normal from the c-suit when the stock price dips. They are buying the dip because every analyst predicts the stock price will rise after the spin-off of HN, which is public knowledge and not insider trading. Now if they were selling a bunch in great amounts, I would be a bit worried.
