5 Euro Soured Milk Coffee??? Sucks for you. My coffee isn't that bad and I don't pay a fiver either.
I reckon overall happiness should be visible in how eager they will be and how soon they will send out the next NPS survey. And its results. Get ready for reality! A lot of farewells on LinkedIn.
This obviously begs the question of how well the works council is doing their job of protecting the employees interest. This is just in case you need to vote soon...
