No. Fossil likes 'supporting' people fresh out of college because it's cheap labor. They're known to under value those with many years of experience and pay well under market value. I would say yes if there were other incentives like fostering growth in ones career, but sadly that isn't the case. There isnt a lot of training that occurs, so a lot get left in the dust. Turn over rate is really high, which is usually a negative sign.
it's a good starting point, but keep your options open and keep looking if your not in a rush. there are other companies that are in a better spot that will be able to growth with you and enrich your career. don't expect raises, promotions, or even a pat on the back from upper management. you are just a cog in the big corporate publicly traded machine.
