What do I have to do to be laid off so I can move on from this toxic place?

dude, you are either kidding or you are stooobid to praise spring
I love Spring manufacturing. The manager is a great guy and he gives all of us plenty of overtime. Last week I got 86 hours, and this week I will be doing 92 hours. We do 16 hours each on Saturday and Sunday. I rarely see my wife and is great to get away from her nagging. Our manager has great vision for all of us. I can soon get rid of my wife and live in our shop.
No, Spring is not good. They have few openings bc they do not staff properly, ie, people leave and they do not backfill positions the way they should, or, they hire temps. It used to be a great place to work but the current plant manager and his number 2 are awful managers, and have run that place into the ground. Alot of people have left and many more want to.
Is Spring facility good? Seems like they have few openings.
Haha I feel you man. When I was working at Halliburton I was getting my masters degree at the side. I was already interviewing when I got laid off. It was the most awesome amazing thing. I got paid to search for a new job and even found a new opportunity that was better with more pay.
Do the absolute minimum to not get fired. Make it clear you don’t give a fu-k and just are doing the least possible. Be nice to people that are nice to you, but stop giving a cr-p about anyone else.
Eventually a round of layoffs will happen, and you can smile and be happy when you are first on the chopping block. Enjoy your severance!
Tell the manager he/she is deficient in potassium and ask if he/she wanted a banana. When he/she say yes, hold up your 3 index fingers and start peeling.
I hear we still doing business in Russia, except now parts are being shipped thru Kazakhstan.
Growing a set of kiwis and find out what your worth in the market as a new employee elsewhere or stop complaining and take it how you get it like a battered spouse or red headed stepchild
Don't spoil it, huh? I think it's probably well past that point. The guy that they put in charge there has run that place so far into the ground, made just terrible personnel decisions, driven out a number of good people ( a number i'm sure is only going to keep growing), and as you can tell from this post, absolutely ki---d employee morale. It used to be a good place to work though......
I heard good stories about Spring
the non stop American innovation and the indefatigable spirit. Please don’t spoil it
Has to be spring??
Which facility
I bet I know which facility.
I wish there was an option to volunteer.
