Customers not interested because they can only apply a coupon to first one shipped… lost a sale for this reason the other day.

This will be amazing. What a great idea! I’m glad we are first in the space with this. This will cement our position as the leader in this segment.
Wow! So, the company can't even run the current online business correctly and now they are going to dump this into the mix. Customers complain every day about not receiving their orders or getting the wrong items, and even broken or used items. Are they trying to set themselves up for more failure?
I think this will be another disaster.
