2022, looking at the Google's layoff I stumbled upon Citrix layoff yet again.
My entire building (Chalfont UK) was let go, products are old, world has moved on, fine.
I wish a bigger corporate would come along and buy it out, take the little of what's left that has any value and send the rest to the scrapyard so the ordeal can come to an end.

They probably are not gone on day one.. You can't let go the entire ELT, who would be running the company? Most likely their current employment is terminated under the previous negotiated terms of their employment (RSU's, PRSU's, severance, etc.) and will be brought on post merger under new terms.
Per the latest investors statement — it starts the moment the sale is final. Bob and the rest of The Citrix Multi-Millionaires Club are all gone. That’s the good part. I’d expect more in the days and weeks following it, and then some more in November as a result of rank and yank grading.
Is it going to happen next week, month, quarter?
