Let's be honest here, Randy is a fanboy of the former administration and seems to think that is what leadership looks like. His "Make Hy-Vee the best place in America to work" slogan is one step away from being "Make Hy-Vee great again" and it can't just be coincidence that the Indy car is #45. He all but said that the media is pushing "fake news" in his afternoon rant. He is clearly too proud to ever admit he made a mistake, and that's why he didn't show up to HST to apologize for the comments his lapdog Darren made Wednesday. He knew that if he skipped the board meeting and apologized to the IT department there was probably a good chance the board would vote to remove him (as they clearly should). Employee owned is a joke unless you are staff or above. We have no real ownership, Randy couldn't care less about his employees. He felt the need to point out that a 1% layoff would be 930 people in his temper tantrum. The layoffs we're closer to 0.01% ... But he is forgetting those are PEOPLE, not just a statistic. Those 19 IT people he smirked about were valuable. He said nothing is done at the corporate office... So what is the point of keeping Randy? What value does he add? 'If you are not serving a customer, serve someone who is" was a favorite quote of our founder. Who does Randy serve other than himself? Randy needs to go back to stocking shelves and relearn the core values of this company (if he ever really knew them). The board needs to remove him. Time for Aaron Wiese to take the reigns and get some leadership that cares.

What were the comments made Wednesday?
That's the stupidest comment I've ever read.
Like the current administration is the model for all leaders to follow. Like the have the best economy since they took over. Like all our adversaries are not going to try to test us, did they do that with the last administration. You are so way off.
