Let me be the first to say, I'm truly sorry for those who were laid off this past week and in future. I can assure you this isn't the Hyvee way. Employees are the greatest asset a company has and it seems like Randy has lost sight of that, This is comming from someone who grew up In North English and with 15 years of Hyvee experience, I understand protecting the the company to some cost but also the blame falls on the CEO, he has a fundamental responsibility to its employees no matter how small or big there paycheck is! These are peoples passions, lives, and family's you are dealing with and nobody is keeping him accountable, maybe God will in the end? Who knows.... Randy it's time, arnt you tired, worn out, and ready to go? Would harold be proud of this?, just let this company get back to the basics of selling food to people who need it.
