The favoritism with scheduling is pretty obvious. A friend who works in another store tells me that this kind of favoritism is present there as well. So, it is pretty widespread in the company. However, what can we do about it? How to change that? I have no idea how we could fight against that.

As an admin ASM I would get $20 a week from a few associates each to give them schedules they wanted. So yes, this happens.
