Several people still do! I’m talking 2-3 days a week in the office, coming in late & leave early on the days they “work” at the office. 3 day weekend every week.
On the topic of raises, the question of will it reflect inflation was brought up and was met with a firm no. It will be the standard 2-5%.

They should let us work from home more days to save money on gas. Most of the meetings are in Teams anyway.

I overheard someone say may, and that the raises would reflect inflation and oil prices. If that happens who knows, just what I over heard.

Those have nothing to do with inflation/cost of living. It’s our annual “incentive” raise…formally “merit” raise.

I mean, they didn’t cut our pay when oil was $0-$20 a barrel so hard to really complain.
