As a long time supervisor for Lowes I have never had an RVP who manages just about every aspect of the store , well
According to the DMs . Constantly the dm says the rvp wants this the rvp wants that . Without even knowing , the RVP has frustrated every Store Manager , Asm and Ds in numerous building . She has destroyed moral . Now she has even started micro managing specific metrics . It’s not good enough anymore to promote the big 3 now it’s down too specific metrics . She could save payroll by just getting rid of some Dm,s because they are doing nothing to run there markets because it all comes from her . It’s know wonder that there is so much talk and unhappiness in the stores . She should really stop these Dms because they are simply burying her by managing in her name . Lowes talks about alignment so much but yet some districts the “ RVP “ mandates this while in other Districts she does not even mention it based on how some DM”s use her name . Marvin and Joe can talk aboufht alignment however until the RVP who is not consistently in stores keeps running the stores there will never be alignment it will be what it is now a very low morale place to work that’s sinking even further .

Lowes has really become a sh!thole. Retail is pretty simple, put it on the shelf , people buy it, restock the shelf. How hard does it have to be.

Yea she can’t over when the left Pennie’s . It’s awful . Store managers are treated like garbage now . I watch what they put up with and it’s insane . The Dm does not even speak to them like there human at times . The associates that work for me don’t want to work at lowes anymore . The company is micro managing everything I’m doing and there doing .
It's the Orange Revolution
A lot of the current rvp’s are from HD. Joe McFarland has opened up his rolodex and is bringing a lot of district managers and rvps over from there. As a stockholder I love it, as an employee I would hate it though.
Is this a new rvp? Are they from Home Depot? This is how they do things at the orange box.
