What will happen with Harmon/Face Values?
MT has done an amazing job righting the ship. He deserves every bit of the compensation he received and probably more. The blame for poor results is being unfairly placed on his shoulders. The real reason is the pandemic, then supply chain issues and now Putin’s war! Putin is to blame for our current issues.
First order of business, Ryan Cohen needs to Clawback the $27 million of MT's Ill-gotten compensation where he was unjustly enriched. Also, do the same for the other C-Suite Executives

Wasn’t it the other way- sell Bed Bath & Beyond because it’s such dead weight and do more with Buy Buy Baby because that’s where the real money is
Doubtful. More likely scenario is the sale of buybuyBaby followed by changes in the senior exec team if they can't make positive number by the second half of this year. And a potential private takeover of BBB.
