I used to be very happy here, and now I feel ashamed to still be working here. Anyone else? This is a job only for high schoolers/ college students. All those who left are now paid much more. Those of us who are left here are experiencing daily stresses due to a salary that is not enough to live on. It's really not worth it.

Boy do I wish I had left before the devastating layoff happened to me. You think because you are knowledgeable, reliable, have work ethic, enjoy what you do, etc. that it won’t happen to you. If you have the chance to escape just do it. It’s hard working in an environment where there are constant layoffs. Staples was a great company but something happened when SP stepped in. Just be smart and make the right decision for yourself.
Only you can change your future and happiness. Stop taking the easy path by staying, and find something that makes you happy. Life is too short to do what you hate!
