There are too many useless managers here. Bad ratio of managers to employees. Anyone else finding this very frustrating?

Agree, specially the finance director in UK, totally untrustworthy
Way too manger VPs and SDs. Execs insulate themselves from front line people that actually know what is going on. Very bad practice and it is showing up everywhere. Too many meetings with too many people. What a mess....
Let’s start thinning the herd by canning our CEO who has done ZERO except divide, spend money on lavish paranoid executive suites while not connecting with WDC team. Frustrating to see what’s become of this company across the board.
