It is a fact that he reads or gets these comments forwarded to him. There have actually been some changes made within the last few months in direct response to some of the feedback on here….so great job to those not just spamming these boards with jibberish trolling b/s.

He May or may not read posts on here but he does hear about them. I know for a fact Some Store directors as well as Supervisors all the way up to DMVP look and read somethings on here and pass some of the info to him Especially posts on specific stores or locations.

State the truth on anything you post or say on here and you have nothing to worry about even if he does look on here.
I personally email him and gave him my personal phone number and he just doesn't seem to care about any of it since he hasn't emailed or called me back. Used my personally email address so if he had any doubts it was legit he could even look up my name.
So if he is reading these my guess is he really doesn't care either.
I'm just so disappointed in the Randy and the Whole company in general and while not everything was terrible the way things have played out for the employees just leaves me shaking my head as how i could have been fooled into thinking Hy-Vee was a different kind of Company.
Most companies give some sort of exit interview and Hy-Vee NONE so far. To me that just shows me how much they really care that i gave myself to them for 10 plus years missing almost all Holidays with my family for Hy-Vee.
Randy if you are actually reading this Please reach out so we can at least talk for a few I think you owe me at least that much and maybe change my mind on a few things.
He cant do anything to me anymore since I dont work for Hy-Vee so i hope he does read all the replies. They cant come after me for divulging any of the companies P&L numbers as long as i don't mention my name and I phrase it I think it used to be or as i recall and even mention my name at that point its conjecture

It's not his fault. Nothing is ever his fault, or the fault of his inner circle, many of whom have "failed up." Some employee or employees will be fired over this botched "restructuring," though, and most likely it will just be some loyal soldier who was following orders.
Good. I look forward to seeing his inevitable rant in the next ZipLine video, which will probably leak to the press immediately because his employees can't stand him.
They should sell the office in Grimes and add those employees back to the Corp office. There is no need for that building. And there are way too many corporate jobs. There are alot of failed projects that just need to go away and quit working on them.
It’s funny how Randy takes all the credit when the company is doing well but blames everyone else when things are bad. Way to be a great leader. I wonder what leadership book he got that idea from.
We're all connected on this forum of social media and others like Reddit. He can run but he can't hide anymore. Unfortunately our company will be trashed in the media in the process because of his mo--nic actions. What comes around goes around.
