Sometimes if you have a weak supervisor you won’t be told anything if your raise is zero.

Raises may be quite high this year because of the competition for talent. Expect 3 to 8 percent raises on the base.

Def later this year, bonus was notified later than normal.
If I recall correctly, I was notified on March 30th last year.
