I can't express how i am feeling today. I attended a few meetings earlier and found out that some key folks had resigned. These people are some of the best @ Teradata and their departure sends a message to the ELT and HR that all is not well here. It goes back to lack of employee recognition, appreciation, no growth path and the level of uncertainty.

The ELT doesn’t care! The exit interview is an online survey. There’s no meeting with HR to discuss why you’re leaving and what could be done differently. People leaving means less people to RIF!
