Just recieved my 1st review and have worked for the company over 40 years. Everyone in the dept.received a review. No raises with these reviews. Didn't.get a raise last year either. After seeing about these layoffs in Des Moines am guessing store layoffs coming soon

This is 💯 accurate. Went from a minimum 2 reviews a year plus minimum 3% raise a year to literally nothing the past few years…even with record profits…sales…expansions etc. Yeah adding extra perks is really nice and all, but what employees like to see is their hard work and dedication reflected in their paychecks.
They are trying to avoid store layoffs by cutting as many hours a possible. Ask any store director and they will tell you this is true. They have been told to cut employees hours. If cutting hours doesn’t save enough money they will start layoffs at store level.
