TD is a relatively good place for those who plan to linger around just a bit until they gain some experience. Those who stay longer eventually realize they’ve wasted their time. It is impossible to plan a career in a company where you cannot even imagine what its future will look like in a few years. It is quite clear that it will not be a good one.
