No matter how long someone has worked at Allscripts and no matter how good they are at their job, the following months are going to come down to one thing and one thing only: the overall bottom line. Offers will be determined in a way that will save the company/companies the most money. Your abilities will not be factored in. That's it. You should adjust your expectations accordingly.

No worries then since there aren't going to be any 'new offer letters' only a welcome to the company email to all.
If new offer letters are coming I’d say anything is possible. Be prepared for a lower salary, less medical, etc. then if it comes in equal, you are super stoked.
Actually harris does have a healthcare division. Someone is misinformed. Not like they could do worse than mr black....
Honest post. It’s not like Harris specializes in healthcare software. I mean they just recently acquired Forestry software as well…let that sink in. Jack of all trades company.
If you assume Harris isn't stupid, then they will know that the only people left are those that had nowhere to go, or got used to stealing. They could lowball the whole crew and probably lose no one. At the end of the day, collecting a check at Allscripts still beat working.
Why? we should get same pay and position, right? Are you hinting that we will get pay cut?
