I know a few folks who're not leaving despite getting offers because they're scared they'll find themselves in a similar or worse situation. Here's the thing, if you're miserable at work, it's your responsibility and well within your power to make a change. Even if that change doesn't turn out the way you had hoped, it doesn't matter. Leave again. Keep leaving until you are satisfied. The only way you can get stuck again is if you allow yourself to get stuck. It's all on you.
