My district leader came in today and gave me hard time since she did not see the new workplace assistance resources poster posted in the break room and became hostile.
We know that CVS is trying to cover their tracks with the me too movement and created these shenanigans a new office of workplace assistance with zero tolerance on harassment.
Who harasses who? Have you ever reported a case to the ethics line against your dl or regional and saw it go anywhere? They cover for each other including the division presidents who is surrounded by harassing regionals all around .
Who was involved with the me too movement case in the East ? Was it a manager ? A pharmacist ? No. It was a regional director harassing his employees with an executive HR director and division president covering for him.
The harassment is coming from top allowing division presidents and regional directors to use all means such verbal, power, threats to get to a number.
Start cleaning house top to bottom to change the culture. Hold everyone accountable including the top leaders . Also next time allow a pharmacist to leave her store if she was having a heart attack. Of course, they blamed the DL in Indiana on this one and life went on for higher ups.
To Michelle and Prem; go visit real stores and not the staged ones that the DVP signs on for the visit spending tons of hours and payroll to make them picture perfect for you . Call people randomly to know what harassment and work conditions are all about instead of having few pharmacists and few managers picked up for you with what they can talk about and what you can not discuss.

Let’s call it what it is. Corporate jerk sleeping around and showing favortism, intimidation, etc. person got busted. hmm let’s retrain and create new rolls for this to not happen again but address it at store levels cause that’s who actually had guts to speak out against those higher up and where it was happening. Maybe the scrutiny shouldn’t be on us peons but the rich fat cats with minimal people to answer to at corporate levels where it’s taking place. You people working remotely all this time and not dealing with the cr-p we experience everyday on your high horses. Got knocked down a peg and now we are gonna create massive jobs and payroll wastes to address it but here we stay stuck with payroll cuts in the store.
Spot on about the preparation. We had prem and Michelle few months ago and the RD called every single manager telling us what to say and what NOT to say. Basically threatened us not to bring up payroll.
Then they hand picked who goes to the dinner with them to be quiet obedient employees, no one that would actually give honest feedback. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
You need to be promoted. You speak the truth.
