Tell us guys and gals, how does it feel to be away from IBM? Have things improved drastically or are they the same? I'm hoping for the sake of all of you that you didn't take the horrible culture with you. I know my job would be much easier if I didn't have to navigate company politics at every step.

Tentative opening back up in May "for those who chose to go in"
Not mandatory
(taken from some recent employee slack discussions)
What about the return to office stuff for KD? Are people being asked to come back yet?
I lasted 2 months. I ran screaming from the same ol’ miserable toxic leaders, made even more miserable and more toxic by extra spin-related stress and their own insecurities.
I’m sure the RA’s will be coming down soon…. Same old deadweight leadership
I cannot think of anything different. (besides Outlook)
- same bloat processes as before
- same cr-p tools (Ansible, UAT, Openpages, Checkpoint)
- same salary and benefits
I thought we were told we no longer would have to use IBM tools?
Talk about being hoodwinked. What a sh!t show so far.
Lots of cheerleading but many of same old stale IBM legacy leadership team. Won’t be profitable for years so can’t see it getting any better.
There's a lot of lip service being paid to changes in culture but few concrete differences so far. Large organizations have politics. It's just the way it is. With this place not predicted to be profitable for a couple of years I will be curious to see if these new 'values' turn into an actual change for the better.
