I hate that I feel my experience and contribution is no longer valued. I now feel like a number, and quite frankly wish my number would be up soon.

Inexperienced, unfriendly, arrogant managers who are put in roles where they have no business being there.

That know it all who brags about his sales numbers on every sales call while nobody else gets a word in. Just a bunch of hot air.

Oh, you hate your job? Why didn't you say so? There's a support group for that. It's called everybody, and they meet at the bar.

No one cares anymore!
Supervisors, Management Team, HR department, even the the director of the building doesn't care!
How do you expect an hourly associate to feel!!!
So sad, Staples was a thriving company once upon a time and most of us were proud to say we worked for Staples

Constant layoffs. Leaderships idea of improving numbers is laying people off and consolidating roles. This just is stacking more and more work on people who are already extremely burnt out.

For me, it's bully managers who get away with yelling at employees day in, day out.
