Now that bonuses have been paid out, I have heard from many who gave their notice on Monday. Some are being offered all sorts of retention options except these are the same folks who were under valued, under promoted and generally maligned by their leadership. After resigning earlier this year, I can attest that the dysfunctional management and behaviors exhibited the ELT is not prevalent elsewhere in the industry. Go forward and prosper.

that's generally not to work. 90% of people who get enticed to stay still leave within a year.
