With all the hoo harr'ing by HR that returning to offices is the employee's choice, it seems some in management didn't get the memo with one country now forcing employee's back to the office regardless if they are vaccinated or not which is illegal where they are located. Yes it seems old school management practices is alive and well with zero care given to an employee's welfare.

Saw an email last week that leadership will enforce a minimum of three days per week in the office. Good luck with that TD. You thought attrition was bad before?
Go forth and unionize !
This is not true. No one was forced to go to an office unless they wanted to. Lies, Trolls.
HA! "Take it to HR"? Everyone knows TD HR works purely for the corporation and not the employee.
I think it just shows how behind the times Teradata is. The future of work is remote work. The future is the cloud. But Teradata is still tied to the belief that an employee needs to be at their desk to work. The real estate is expensive but not as expensive as the antiquated mindset.
I’ve heard of several people that are quitting because they got used to working from home. And there are plenty of jobs out there that will welcome them.
Gotta feel for those who are medically not meant to be in an office being told they have to now go in. Where is this place? Name and shame them.
Why not to take it to HR? What’s the point of posting it here?
Yeah, stop driving UBER while on Teams
