I've been here long enough to be used to having to do more for less. My issue is being given work I've never done before and being expected to know how to do it without any training. That's not how it works. Yet, every time I complain I'm the troublemaker and I'm not a team worker. That bugs the heck out of me. I'll do the job but show me how to do it! Sorry, vent over.

Their just trying to get you to quit! Don’t work anymore hours!
This is happening to me too except the extra work IS becoming an issue because I'm already working 50+ hour weeks and they just keep shoveling more on my plate.
