All they do is take advantage of associates. That's it. I'm sick and tired of it. I've been working here for five years and nothing ever changes for the better, always for the worse. It's our fault as well since we keep letting them get away with it. I'm not sure what to do to change it without risking getting fired. It's all so frustrating!

DH is truly the WORST.
That's the true culture of Fossil. It's toxic. Best bet is find a new job.
My boss DH does a Ton of stuff. He lays off people which is hard work. He also tans a lot. Also has his minions do the work. But kosta loves him.
