I guess VMware is scraping the bottom of the barrel these days. Some of the code I've seen could be better done by a 4-year-old. I guess that's what you get when you fire the most experienced software engineers and try to rely on those who are willing to accept below-industry-average pay. Whatever could go wrong, I wonder....

This happens when highly paid cheap mentality people on top while high mentality cheaply paid people at the bottom.
This all started under Pat's "leadership", continued under Sanjay, and is getting worse under the current SLT.
