If you took a severance package and we’re laid off, I believe you get a prorated bonus but not fully sure

I left on January 20th. Will I get any bonus? As per policy I should get prorated bonus. But will these people give anything?
Speak for yourself. Not everyone gets a bonus….or even a pay raise if you are at the top of your range. Just remember the hourly folks get nothing! So be happy if you get something….even if less than previous years. We work just as hard and deserve a bonus but not going to ever happen for us!
I heard there is a bonus. No idea the amount but its paid this Friday 3/25.
I know JD mentioned at the associate forum everyone is getting the same % increase. WIth inflation at 7.5% for 2021 + 1.5% for 2020 and no raise last year, I fully expect us to get way, way less than the 9% that would break us even.
For those on the retention team-We were told yesterday we will not be getting a merit increase because we are getting a retention bonus. So unfair. Staples is making millions over budget. One word...GREED!
