This is my last week here and I have to say, I feel sorry for all of you who're staying. This is not the same company it once was and working here has become an awful experience in which you have to navigate company politics, nepotism, and two-faced managers if you want to survive. I've had enough of it and I'm moving on. Good luck to those of you who're staying, you'll need it.

Yeah, back in the day Micron was an enjoyable place to work, because you were valued as as a contributing employee. After 28 years of employment I was told that my position was no longer needed. Four days later they posted my job to hire. Today, the company seems to have forgotten where they came from and who makes them successful.
I had a similar attitude when I left 6 months ago. The two faced mangers are untrustworthy and just as afraid to lose their jobs as you are. I’m not sure if leadership will realize that the managers don’t do the actual work. The pay and treatment are better elsewhere. Good Luck!
