the leadership have been rewarding the executives and vice presidents and others above Grade 14 and forgetting to sort out the middle management. The surveys just get in way of promoting their di-kensian methods. They say going forward they will be more green and diverse . Spending billions in the next ten years when it needs a whole new leadership team to take this forward. The current team have not progressed very much. It is incredible to see a once great and mighty company losing workers hand over fist. Nobody wants points for doing a good job, go back to decent yearly bonus for the lower end paid production workers, the best work and results were gained by doing this
