I found a job in a week.
some are having issues but thats because they stayed too long at one location. The mentality now should be 3-5 years and get out. Companies don't care about you. This not boomer companies any more. You don't dedicate your life for 30 years to them. They will replace you in a heart beat if you die.
Most people are finding it pretty easy, but I guess it does depend on your role and location.
Took a few weeks to relax then started applying. Had a new job within 3 weeks. Better pay and benefits too.
I got one within a few weeks with more money.
Layoff was the Best thing that’s ever happened to me.
