I don't. With all the micromanagement and the lack of proper increases I feel like they don't even see me as an employee, just a tool they're going to replace the first chance they get (meaning, as soon as somebody cheaper is available). I'm tired of feeling this way. I don't want to leave but the company is really not giving me many reasons to stay.

Get. Out. Now. I didn't want to leave either, but I did and it was the best decision I could have made for myself. I'm so much happier now that I have moved on.
Run. As fast as you can. There are tons of postings on Linkedin. Go for it, you won't look back.
OPG is dead
Take control of your destiny! The only thing that keeps you anywhere is you. Interview and look for a place you are celebrated and tolerated if you are not happy. Keep in mind that 75% of the time, your value and compensation are proportional to what you bring to the table, so you will need to push yourself every day to be better than the next guy up. This also helps justify the $$$ you are looking for.
Good Luck,

@OP - interesting that you'd say 'the company is really not giving me many reasons to stay.' SG pays you for your services. If you don't feel properly compensated, you can interview for other companies. As to the 'being valued' question, the question comes across as coming from the type of person that received participation trophies growing up. Yes, the company might very well replace you for someone asking for a lower salary - that person may not add as much value, but it does help the company's balance sheet. I mean it's not a reflection of your personal value - it's just business.
