Ok its tues. So I'm curious, has there been a large Layoff?
I'm not on the inside anymore so I can't comment on rumors. However, logically its not RayTurd's pattern to do layoffs now. They usually do it in small chunks, and around Holidays so (as thought about by HR psychology undergrads) there is less of a noticeable impact on the morale of current employees retained.
I suppose at this point anything is possible with the current "Bobblehead" corporate culture. Maybe in weekly small groups of people numbering 49 (50 they have to start paying benefits) and rotating through different organizations.
RTX has its presence globally. So...answer is "yes"...somewhere on this planet Earth, there will an RTX employee who got laid off this week. Hope this helps!!!
