They forced out many of the people who drove growth and customer experience. They used VBOs on the one hand and "managing people out" on the other.
Yes, but switching companies is how/when you generally make the most money.
yep...nobody gets a 7% raise....keep dreaming. Grass is not greener on the other side...
Millennial, you will have all 4 of those issues no matter where you go.
They refuse to pay well and get with the times about work from home, which many other places are doing.
Millennial associate. Four year tenure, thinking about leaving. My reasons:
- Too many midwit middle managers and deadweight ppl who cause problems
- Too few high caliber leadership
- Pay raises outpaced by inflation
- Booming job market gives many other, attractive options
Fidelity will soon be a company of h1b1 holders that can't change jobs and a large mass of tech illiterate midwit middle management types that will spend three months solving a problem that could be solved in three minutes
