It's a D&I cesspool.
Has to be the worst take ever. No D&I at Fidelity! Ha ha ha. They created support groups for every walk of life....except white males. Dummy.
What the he-l you talking about ? Johanna is obviously not an east coast catholic male and I’m pretty sure David Coyne would be shocked to learn he is catholic.
They are doing so much that they are running job listings through software to make sure they’re not subconsciously excluding people who wouldn’t apply anyway, and trying to hit up minority colleges etc. if the jobs are out there and some people don’t see them fine. But they are going above and beyond to skew the applicants to be more diverse. You should look up the program and see all they do.
OP, you have not been paying attention. It is happening in mass numbers at the bottom and thru the VBO.
Fidelity's D&I program is largely performative.
Go to Abby's leadership team and you'll see nearly all catholic east coast men.
They are trying to boost diversity numbers - but this is by bringing in very low level people, mostly on the phones or in the field.
Fido thinks it can fool customers and associates by paying lip service to diversity without actually doing the work.
