Our tech CEO is a nicer human than your tech CEO. Possibly because he's an awkward CEO. But honestly, still a great guy.

Annual stock refreshers are at a minimum a necessity to maintain salary parity, and not something anyone looks forward to as an award.

You have 2 choices - Costa Rica or Ireland, if you're looking for new staff or promotions.
