So based on the letter I received in the mail yesterday, employees at 25 of the ITT Tech campuses are going to get almost $13,000 each in compensation for ESI having violated the WARN Act by laying off their whole staff with no advance notice, whereas those of us at smaller campuses will get $0, even though we lost our jobs with no notice, too. What an unfairly written law. Horse pucky!

You think that's bad. Notice that HQ is listed. That means Kevin, Gene, and all the fat cats cashed in and you got screwed.

UPDATE 03/18/2022
The parties reached a proposed $10,000,000 settlement to resolve the WARN class action. The Bankruptcy Court granted preliminary approval of the settlement on February 23, 2022, and notice of the terms of the settlement was mailed to all class members on March 11, 2022. The settlement is subject to the Bankruptcy Court’s final approval at a hearing on April 27, 2022.
As a reminder, only employees who worked at ITT sites covered by the federal or California WARN Acts are eligible to share in the settlement.
