Lowes gives you a bonus and then the part-timers get their hours cut to pay for the bonuses so no bonuses for part-timers

Yes, hours are cut every year but not like this. I’m an OSLG part timer for six years. Most of my job involves working the plants and being the primary waterer. The month of March I was scheduled 1 week with no hours the other 3weeks. Management was told to cut all part time hours, at least that’s their story.. Right now we have 50 plus plant carts and 30 pallets of trees just waiting to be put out. This is not the time of year you cut OSLG!
And don’t get me started about the green team. They’ve been Hiring for that since October with no luck. Right now we have one new green polo and she already doesn’t like the job because all she does is put plants in tables.
So in future, I’ll pass on the bonus in order to keep my hours.
APSM here that bonuses at full time level as we have no direct reports they said...even msm got bonus. Not me
Hours are cut every year....nothing new!
They don't care about full timers, and care even less about part timers. Very strange since they want to replace the fulltime with part time...its just strange, twisted Blowes logic.
No surprise here. Typical Blowes
