plenty of good people still working at Citrix , it's a mixture like in any company .
To the self-proclaimed Moderator of the site: If everything was hunky-dory we will not be needing to follow this site. Post like these and thousand other clearly show the extent of toxicity in the company. Most of us did not even know this site existed. Yes not all people around are bad. Some with truly exceptional talent and skill. Ironically they are the one affected most. A mediocre will be least bothered and happily stay quiet under the radar to keep the job.
There are a lot of good people left there but the decline began when they brought in all the SAP execs like Schmitz....You can map the decline of the business directly to that activity. Coincidence? But no one on the board is willing to admit the massive leadership problem they have.
Post full of hate +anger+insults should be banned. It is completely useless for most people following this site
I don’t think the people thing is totally fair or justified. There’s still a lot of really good people left at Citrix. They are in a broken system though.
management... product.... documentation.... process...people...tool... cannot think of a single thing that does not fall under the title post
if anybody think this is not true you must have really low quality standard
