People don’t leave companies, people leave bad bosses. Resideo has too many incompetent managers who treat employees horribly. Unfortunately, probably everyone here can say more bad than good things about their manager. These are power-hungry, ego-driven managers who don't really care about this company or the employees. This would be a much better place without such people.

Hello this is PMO please provide information about the project and what role you have in the project nor moving forward. Why can’t you do the work in a day? As a fellow and architect I can evaluate if your demands are real or not. Then I can act.

Maybe you need to find another job, we don’t need underperforming employees like you.
