My goal is to leave Fossil as soon as possible but I haven't been able to find anything better for three months now. The competition is huge wherever I apply and despite my experience here and skills, I still have to wait. I didn't think it would be this hard to get a new job.

After the lack of compensation and bonuses, there is no point being overworked and putting up with petty office politics anymore in hopes that things will get better!
Without revealing too much, can you tell us what role/area your expertise is in? I know we’ve all seen posts and comments from former Fossil folks, and they may be able to suggest things that maybe aren’t on your radar or know of open positions somewhere that haven’t been posted yet. Worst case scenario, you can devise a way to connect.
