My hours have been drastically cut, but the amount of work is the same as before. Does CVS really think I will stay here and work under such conditions?
I certainly won't. Leadership behaves as if no one here has another option, and in fact there are only a few places that offer worse working conditions.

Hey got a test for Karen next time you go to jump on your jet to fly out to California. How about you try a little experiment just like the stores are running at half staff, how about you try to fly out on half a tank of fuel. Because you will have the same results the stores get. If you happen to be short on fuel just work a little harder at flapping your arms. Cvs = No leadership
Just leave. I did last week and have never felt better
Stores have been cutting hrs for many years and guess what cvs is still here still operating and actually have increased their stores in the past 10 yrs
They cut hours because they can, simple as that. If you leave, there is no shortage of new pharmacists desperate to pay off their $200k student loan debt to fill your position. Technicians are a revolving door. Why be a tech when you can stock shelves at target for the same $16/hr? CVS does not care for loyalty, only their bottom line. The sooner you leave, the better for your own mental health.
Why do you stay if you’re not happy?
I wonder what'll happen when so many leave that they have little or no staff and a majority of the stores??? I had a RM who 20 years ago said at a meeting that someone needs to tell the folks at 1 CVS Drive that there are no registers at HQ
