DM's and RVP's do what they want and I have only seen two DM's get fired and that is only after the Sh%! got super real for the DM.
A lot of DM's are having extra fun time with AreaHR BP's - it is widely known and honestly joked about. Those same AreaHR folks protect the DM at all cost - working with AR to know who is reporting what. There is NOTHING confidential. NOTHING.
This company is prepping itself to get bought out by a larger organization, IMO. Read about what companies do before a buyout - seems like they are following the blue print.
Expose the store and offenders thru the mighty Twitter. That Twitter whistle is heard by many.
